To assure the safety and enjoyment of activities by all participants, BYBA provides Rules of Participation. "Click" the button below to download and read this document.  Furthermore, the act of registering your child for participation demonstrates your awareness of and willingness to abide by these rules.  BYBA expects parents and guardians to share these guidelines with other family and friends who may be visiting the park for a game.  Additionally, when signing the Registration Form for your child's participation in BYBA activities, you are declaring your awareness and acceptance this activity may cause accident or injury as a direct result of participation.  You further release BYBA and its agents, coaches, and volunteers from any responsibility should your child experience an accident or injury.  BYBA makes every effort to provide team safety equipment; however, the parent is ultimately responsible for individual safety equipment (i.e. glove & helmet).
